Dead battery? We bring the new one to your car.
A dead battery is the most common reason a car will not start, and the easiest to fix where it sits. We test it, replace it if it has failed, connect and register the new one properly, and take the old one away — in your driveway or at work.

You notice
- Slow, laboured cranking, especially on a cold morning.
- Headlights and dash lights that fade when you start it.
- A battery light, or a battery past its fourth or fifth year.
- Corrosion on the terminals: white or green crust.
What we do
- 01Load-test the battery and check the charging system so a new battery is not killed by a bad alternator.
- 02Fit the right size and type for your car (including AGM and start-stop batteries where fitted).
- 03Clean and protect the terminals and cable ends.
- 04Register the new battery on cars that need it, and dispose of the old one properly.
Where it happens
Your driveway, your work parking lot, or the roadside. If the car is completely dead we can jump it first so it can be moved if it needs to be.
By California law, on every job
- A written estimate — and your OK — before any work starts.
- Nothing above the estimate without your authorization.
- An itemized invoice that says whether parts were new, used or rebuilt.

Battery & jump start — straight answers
We test before we replace — a load test on the battery and a check of the alternator's output. If the battery is fine you are told so, and what the real cause is.
Tell us the year, make and model when you book and we bring the right battery on the visit. Less common sizes may take a little longer to source, and the estimate says so up front.
We take it with us for recycling. You do not have to carry it anywhere.
Same battery, same procedure, done where your car is — including registering the battery on cars whose charging system expects it. The difference is you do not have to get a car that will not start to a shop.
Something else? Call (323) 413-4378 — a real answer beats a guess.
